Shipping policy

The Garfield Park Conservatory Gift Shop offers both Local Pickup and Shipping options.

 

Local Pickup

We offer in-store pick up for online orders – please choose In Store Pick Up as your desired delivery method when you check out. We'll set it aside for you as soon as possible and send you a notification e-mail when it's ready to be picked up.

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours from the time of purchase.*

Local Pickup orders are held for seven (7) days. If your order isn’t picked up within seven (7) days, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

 

Shipping

Shipping Destinations & Method: We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only, utilizing Priority Mail services offered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined by a flat rate based on the total purchase price of the order. The exact shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Order Processing & Delivery Time: Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible after you receive your confirmation e-mail and are set to ship out within 24 - 48 hours. Delivery time can be expected to take between 1 - 4 days once your items are shipped.*

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions and holidays. We strive to deliver your order promptly and will notify you in case of any known delays.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the USPS website or their designated tracking portal.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international shipments to Canada, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied by the destination country. Please consult the appropriate customs authorities for more information on potential additional costs.

Modifications to Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all orders placed thereafter.

 

 

* Please take into consideration that the Garfield Park Conservatory and its Gift Shop are closed on Monday and Tuesday.
